FAQs
When should I RSVP by?
We ask that you RSVP either online or by mail no later than February 1, 2025. If anything changes please let us know as soon as possible so we can notify our venue.
Are children allowed?
We understand traveling to Italy is a large ask of our guests. Some may take the opportunity to have a parental vacation and some may want to bring their children along. We are fine with either but ask you reach out to us on an individual basis to discuss details of the Wedding Week.
Do I have to stay at the preferred hotel?
Not at all! You are more than welcome to choose a different hotel or a rental while in Florence. We only ask you let us know where you end up staying so we may provide communications and gifts!
What is the best way to get to your wedding events?
For our Welcome Dinner and Brunch events, we recommend Uber, a taxi, or walking to the locations. For the Wedding, we will have shuttles picking guests from the hotel.
You are welcome to rent a car to take you to the wedding but most car services will not be available in the evening so we recommend taking the shuttle back to Florence.
Shuttle Schedule will be provided on Wedding Week.
Will your wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and our dinner and reception will be indoors. We do have access to the entire estate during our event and you are free to explore the grounds and villa.
The outdoor areas have gravel and grass for those of you opting for heels. Flats will be provided at the garden entrance for those wanting comfort in outdoor areas.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
We have set a formal dress code for our event.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Our ceremony will be an “unplugged” ceremony. Guests will have time to take pictures before the ceremony but during the ceremony we ask guests are not distracted by their devices and the professional wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens.
You are welcome to take photos anywhere on the estate after the ceremony.
